2. Pride Party Account Security:
• User Responsibility: Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Pride Party Account and all activities that occur under it, including any purchases of paid services.
• Username Selection: Users are solely responsible for selecting an appropriate username and for any disclosures of their username to others, especially if such disclosure could make them personally identifiable.
• Login Credentials: Users are responsible for keeping their Pride Party Account login username and password confidential. In case of forgetting login information, users can initiate a password recovery process using the email address associated with their Pride Party Account.

• Soliciting or engaging in gambling, illegal, or unlawful activities is not allowed.
• Using scripts, bots, or other automated technology to scrape or access the Services is prohibited.
• Using the Services for phishing, trolling, or similar activities is not allowed.
User Content

• This content includes messages, data, photos, videos, voices or any other materials posted through various means.
• Pride Party, the platform, does not control or take responsibility for User Content posted by users or any third party.

2. Accuracy of Information:
• Users are prohibited from posting inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or false information or User Content.
• Users must ensure that all images posted on their Pride Party Account are of themselves.

• Pride Party is not obligated to prescreen, review, control, monitor, or edit User Content posted by users.

• Pride Party also reserves the right to modify or crop any photos posted by users to comply with its policies, practices, and procedures.
Use of Proprietary Information of Others
1. Users are prohibited from engaging in various actions concerning copyrighted, trademarked, or other proprietary information or materials without prior consent from the owner of such rights.
2. These actions include posting, copying, transferring, creating derivative works from, distributing, reproducing, or showing in any manner any copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary information or materials.
3. This prohibition extends to User Content posted by other users on the platform.

Prohibited Content
1. Content that is obscene, pornographic, profane, defamatory, abusive, offensive, indecent, sexually oriented, lewd, threatening, harassing, inflammatory, inaccurate, misrepresentative, fraudulent, or illegal.
2. Content that promotes racism, sexism, homophobia, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.

Paid Services
1. Automatic Renewal of Subscriptions:
• Continued Subscription: If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the subscription term, it will automatically renew indefinitely until you cancel it.
• Price and Duration: After the initial subscription period, and for subsequent periods, your subscription will automatically renew at the same price and for an equivalent period as initially agreed upon.
• Consent to Automatic Renewal: By using the service and agreeing to these terms, you consent to the automatic renewal of your subscription and acknowledge that your Third Party Account will be charged accordingly, including applicable taxes.
• Responsibility for Charges: You accept responsibility for all recurring charges through the Third Party Account without needing further authorization, except as required by law.
2. Cancellation of Subscriptions:

Terminating

Should you choose to leave the Service, rather than deactivate your account, click "Delete account" in the Settings. Your account will be deleted permanently with no option to restore. However, your data and profile content will be kept on our servers for the safety period required by law .
Company reserves the right at its sole discretion, at any time and without liability or the need to give you prior notice to suspend (delete) your account. Upon such suspension you will not be entitled to any refund of unused fees for in app purchases.
